Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across India and offer international shipping to select countries.

Standard Shipping (India) 5–7 business days ₹100 (Free on orders above ₹2000)
Express Shipping (India) 2–4 business days ₹250
International Shipping 10–15 business days Calculated at checkout
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak seasonal demand.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.
4. Custom Duties & International Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, email us at info@shahetoosh.com with your order number.
2. After Shipment Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for applicable return or exchange options.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed.
Order Modification
If you wish to modify your shipping address or item size, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After the order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
