Returns
- Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Custom-stitched or altered garments
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Accessories or innerwear
- Return Process:
- Email us at info@shahetoosh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case of a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.
International Orders
